a really big jerky-faced jerk.
I was talking to Carole Sword (nurse practitioner) about my allergy to peanuts (peanut butter/peanut oil/nuts etc. etc. etc.) and I said something completely idiotic like "Yea, it figures. I'm allergic to something I love." and then I look up and realize.
This lady has cancer.
cancer.
and I'm complaining that I can't eat a few cashews.
Shocked
I wanted to jump out that first story window and hide under the snow covered bush.
